Empath Survival Skills

I promise you that your highly sensitive nature is a gift! As an empath or highly sensitive person (HSP), you may find that it sometimes feels like a curse. You may feel like you are flailing through life while being overwhelmed with intense emotions such as sadness or anxiety. Being an empath myself, I spent at least 35 years feeling that same way. Once I was made aware of my gift. I worked to find ways to amplify the gift, while protecting myelf at the same time. And now look at me... I am using my empathic gifts to help the world in my own small way. I am using my gift to connect to people on a deep level and to help them achieve powerful spiritual connections and to release their traumas.

One of my many missions in this life is to awaken empaths to their power and to help them find a way to cultivate their gift into something that is truly amazing. First things first, you must learn how to protect yourself from other people's emotions and enrgies in a way that still allows you to feel and connect, without picking up their "junk". In this workshop, we will cover the initial basics of energy protection and cleansing, as well as ways to amplify your gift for powerful results.

Come join me for an evening of fellowship, healing and empowerment in the beautiful Zen Den at Trinity Energy Healing! Get to know other empaths, just like yourself. Learn the necessary survival skills that every empath needs to navigate this crazy world.

The Zen Den Learning Center at Trinity Energy Healing has mixed seating options:

• 3 seats on sofa

• 4 seats in armchairs

• 3 seats in folding chairs

• 6 seats on meditation cushions on center floor (meditation cushions are provided)
