FAR INFRARED SAUNA & MEDITATION STUDIO

All clients will be required to sign a medical waiver prior to sauna use.

Escape the chaos of the city and step into a new world in the Egyptian Mysteries Sauna & Meditation Studio! This beautiful space can be reserved in 20, 30, 40, and 60 minute blocks to use for meditation, yoga, sauna or to just relax in peace.

Meditation cushion and altar space are available for your meditation, yoga mat and yoga blocks are available for your yoga session and towels are available for your sauna use! Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or mediation cushion, if you prefer.

​

The sauna has a bluetooth speaker that you can listen to your favorite relaxing or meditation music, or bring your earbuds and music device for a more immersive experience.

The room is yours for your allotted session time!
