I have been there. I have had to pull myself up from rock-bottom. I have been stuck in an abusive relationship. I have been through several addictions. I have been depressed and suicidal. My heart stopped on two different occasions of drug overdose. I was a teenage mother. I have been stuck in a job that beat me down everyday. I have been through so many dark times and as a result of those traumas and experiences, I found myself completely disconnected from anything even slightly resembling spirituality, but I always find my way back. I have found and developed many methods to pull myself out of the ruts that I find myself in. I want to share that knowledge with you!

It is important to note that I am not necessarily talking about religion here. Don't let the "spiritual" term scare you. We are all soulful beings with an innate ability to connect to a higher source, self-heal, manifest and be magicians in the story of our lives. Being disconnected from spirit/source and being shut down and blocked off from our own power can result in feeling lost, depressed, anxious, suicidal and angry. The Spiritual Reconnection Package will help you find a daily practice to reconnect with your light and create peace and purpose in your life. This package is completely custom designed to your needs. You will learn the tools you need to take control of your emotions and your connection to a higher power.
