Heal the Healer Registration

For those who may not know me, my name is Trinity Cook. I’m an energy healer, teacher, and the founder of Trinity Energy Healing. For years, my work has centered around helping people navigate some of the hardest, most transformative chapters of their lives.

In April 2025, I suddenly found myself on the other side of that equation when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 HER2-positive breast cancer.

​

The diagnosis came with warnings about how aggressive HER2-positive cancer can be and an immediate recommendation for chemotherapy. But from the very beginning, I knew that I needed to be deeply intentional about how I walked this path.

​

My intuition and spiritual guidance were incredibly clear: I needed to listen to my body, trust the healing intelligence within it, and make each treatment decision individually rather than simply handing my entire journey over to a predetermined protocol.

​

So that is what I have done.

​

Over the past year and a half, I have combined intensive holistic and integrative therapies, nutrition, lifestyle changes, spiritual work, and supportive treatments with carefully chosen medical interventions.

Eventually, that path led me to Tijuana, Mexico, where I found doctors willing to work with me and respect the way I wanted to approach my care. I incorporated Herceptin, a targeted HER2 therapy, into my treatment and later chose targeted radiation and surgery when those steps felt right for me.

And there has been real, measurable progress.

​

My tumors responded significantly to treatment. My tumor markers dropped dramatically. Imaging showed substantial reduction without evidence of new spread. And in August, I underwent a lumpectomy and extensive lymph node surgery, successfully removing the remaining tumors with clean surgical margins.

​

I am now recovering from surgery and preparing for the next phase of this journey. This has not always been the easy road, but it has been the aligned one.

​

I have shown up for my healing every single day. I have researched, traveled, changed my life, listened to my body, listened to my doctors, listened to Spirit, and continued adjusting my path as new information became available.

​

I am not giving up.

I am not backing down.

I am continuing forward: guided, grounded, and deeply committed to my healing.

​

But I cannot do this part alone. Choosing this path has also created an enormous financial burden.

Much of my care is paid entirely out of pocket. I travel regularly to Mexico for treatment, with expenses including medications, procedures, airfare, lodging, transportation, supportive therapies, and time away from my healing practice. Herceptin alone costs approximately $2,500 every three weeks.

That is why my beautiful healing community has created Heal the Healer.

​

On September 19th, an incredible group of Reiki practitioners, Trinity Technique healers, and practitioners of other healing modalities will come together to offer a communal evening of healing, connection, and support.

​

And because healing others remains such an important part of who I am, I will be there offering healing sessions alongside them.

​

There will be 12 special spaces available to receive a one-hour healing session in a warm communal setting with comfortable recliners, blankets, water, and tea.

​

The suggested minimum contribution is $30 per person, but those who are able are encouraged to give $50, $100, or whatever amount feels right. Every additional dollar helps me continue accessing the treatments and care I need, and 100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly toward my cancer treatment expenses.
