Come on a journey of vision and storytelling for your soul! Learn to work with energy and light through visualizations. This is a beginner lightworking course to learn how to strengthen your visualizations and use them to assist you in everyday life. You will leave this class with a daily practice that will help you heal and protect yourself.
Trinity Energy Healing is a small space, but offers a serene and beautiful energy that will make you feel right at home! Please bring a meditation pillow or floor cushion for comfort. We will be seated on the floor. If your require a chair, please let me know and I will accommodate you. I have 3 floor pillows available to borrow, if needed. Bring a bottle of water and a pen/paper, if you would like to take notes. No food or shoes are allowed in the space. This class is located in a small building with other therapists and healers, so please be mindful of their clients. No smoking allowed on premises.
