Journey Meditation - Forgiveness

Come on a visual meditation journey to release the trauma and the people who still hold power over you! During this session you will learn to forgive and cut the cords that are keeping you in the victim state. Take back your power and start the journey of healing.

Journey meditations are very powerful sessions that are a combination of energy healing and meditation. This class will start with some instruction and insight to the jouney and will end with the meditation/ You will be led by Trinity.

ATTENTION:

The Zen Den Learning Center at Trinity Energy Healing has mixed seating options:

• 3 seats on sofa

• 4 seats in armchairs

• 3 seats in folding chairs

• 6 seats on meditation cushions on center floor (meditation cushions are provided)

Seating is offered on a first come, first serve basis. If you have special needs that require specific seating, please reach out to Trinity at 208-284-9466  to arrange a reserved seat.
