Empath Survival Skills Workshop

One of my missions on this earth is to awaken empaths to their power and to teach them how to protect themselves and maximize their gifts. I am super excited to get to know as many of you as I can!

Come join me for an afternoon of fellowship, healing and empowerment in this small and intimate setting. Get to know other empaths, just like yourself! Learn the necessary survival skills that every empath needs to navigate this crazy world.

The Zen Den at Trinity Energy Healing is a small space, but offers a serene and beautiful energy that will make you feel right at home! Please bring a meditation pillow or floor cushion for comfort. We will be seated on the floor. If your require a chair, please let me know and I will accommodate you. I have 3 floor pillows available to borrow, if needed (first come, first serve).

Bring a bottle of water. No food or shoes are allowed in the space. This class is located in a small building with other therapists and healers, so please be mindful of their clients. No smoking allowed on premises. 6:00 end time is approximate, due to the nature of our learning in this workshop. Depending on the conversations, the class may end before, or slightly after 6:00 p.m.

Following the workshop, you will receive and electronic document, by email, that covers the topics from the course and gives product and website recommendations for beneficial items and further research to help you on your empath journey.
