Trinity is very careful with her energy. In order to be the most powerful healer she can be, it is important to have a limit of 4 sessions or less per day. This allows for Trinity to be able to cleanse and reset her energy between sessions. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated!

PREPARING FOR AN ENERGY SESSION: For best results, please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session. On the day of your visit, please avoid alcohol and caffeine leading up to the session.
