Dear Clients & Friends,

I wanted to send a personal update, especially since some of you are newer to my practice and may not know what has been happening behind the scenes over the past year.

​

In April of 2025, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Since then, I have been traveling regularly to Mexico for treatment while continuing to work as much as my health and treatment schedule have allowed. I chose a treatment path that felt right for me, and I am incredibly grateful to say that I have responded very well. My scans and test results have continued to show significant progress, and throughout most of this journey I have felt healthy, strong, and very much myself.

Last week marked a huge milestone: I had surgery to remove the remaining tumors.

I'm happy to share that surgery went very well. My surgeon was able to remove all of the tumors along with the affected lymph nodes, and I am now recovering and healing. I still have pathology results and the next steps of treatment ahead of me, but I am feeling incredibly grateful and optimistic about where things stand.

For those of you who have been with me throughout this journey, I truly cannot thank you enough for the kindness, patience, prayers, healing intentions, and encouragement you have shared with me. Your support has meant more than I can put into words.

And for those of you who are newer here, welcome. ❤️ If you've wondered why my availability has sometimes been limited or why you occasionally hear me mention traveling to Mexico, now you know a little more of the story.

As my body continues to heal, I will be gradually returning to my practice. My September calendar is open for you to schedule your sessions! I ask for a little grace over the next several weeks, as my schedule may occasionally need to shift around follow-up appointments and the remainder of my treatment. If I ever need to move an appointment, I will always reach out personally.

I am very much looking forward to getting back to doing what I love and holding space for all of you again.
